Damaged or Delayed Parcels
Please provide a complete postal address including apartment numbers, nearby landmarks, correct 6-digit PIN code, and an active phone number. Couriers make up to two delivery attempts before returning undelivered parcels to our Bihar warehouse.
If your package arrives visibly tampered or damaged during transit, take clear photos of the outer box and inner packets and notify us within 48 hours. We will initiate a priority investigation and issue an immediate replacement.
Orders are packed sequentially after careful moisture and quality inspections. While processing times may fluctuate during peak harvest cycles, tracking activates immediately upon the initial facility scan.
