Every batch is cultivated in the freshwater wetlands of Purnia, Bihar. We source directly from generational farmer collectives who hand-harvest, sun-dry, and roast seeds traditionally.
In the Bihar mandi grading system, 1 suta equals 1/8th of an inch. A 6+ suta designation certifies jumbo popped seeds exceeding 19mm in diameter with minimal unpopped hard kernel bits.
